Project48 are specialist installers of quality bifolds, orangeries, windows & doors. With over 20 years’ experience, founder and owner Andrew is a self-confessed ‘window geek’, loving the hands on part of the job and having an ‘old school’ approach to the work.

Expertise – it can be a bit of a minefield, there’s a lot to take in and consider, we guide you through the process, helping you understand the options available and advising what’s going to work best for you.
Choice – we work with over 25 manufacturers, unlike most installers who usually work with only one or two meaning we will source the best product for each individual project and budget. We offer a choice in materials so if you are looking for wooden, UPVC or aluminium windows, we will have something for you.
Craftsmanship – what we do is a craft, and we do it with care. During the installation process we do all we can to minimise disruption, your home will be left clean and tidy with new windows and doors, meticulously designed, expertly installed with a quality finish.
Integrity – there’s no pressure, no pushy sales here. We are happy to just come and have a chat, explore options, offer advice, all without the hard sell. It’s only when you are ready that we are ready.
Peace of mind – unfortunately guarantees are not always what they seem with some companies disappearing overnight. We have partnered with the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA), they mirror our guarantee so you have double the protection, our guarantee is insured.
What to expect
An initial chat – once you’ve got in touch, we’ll give you a call to understand what you’re interested in having done. You may have a clear idea, or are looking for some inspiration and guidance, there are no expectations.
Home visit – this typically lasts half an hour, during which we’ll discuss options in more detail and have brochures and samples for you to take a look at. A first survey is carried out to provide a guide on measurements and the work that will need to be completed.
Showroom visit – if you are local to our showroom in Crowfield, Suffolk you are welcome to arrange an appointment to view our wide range of samples and have a further chat.
Your quote – following the home visit we’ll get a quote to you within 48 hours, and that’s it. If you decide you want to go ahead, you get in touch.
The go ahead – if we do hear from you with a yes, the next thing we’ll do is give you an estimated start date and arrange a second visit for a full survey.
Installation – everything we do is with care and respect for your home, we keep things tidy, and at the end of the job you won’t even know we have been except for your will be transformed.
